The Sommer House Accomodations
The Sommer House Bed and Breakfast LLC is comprised of 3 units, each with its own particular charm: The Sommer House Upper Level: light and airy, with its natural wood decor, blends well with the surrounding treetops; The Sommer House Lower Level (ground floor), with the decor projecting a hint of Tuscany; and The Smitty Place, a completely restored 1930's two bedroom house right around the corner at 809 North 13th Street -- provide the traveler or vacationer a home away from home. All of our accommodations afford our guests peacefulness and tranquility, allowing them to enjoy themselves and their surroundings. All of our units have a full kitchen, full bath, and off-road parking. Guest amenities include cable TV, WiFi and hard-wire high speed internet access, VCR and phone. Bed linens, towels, dishes and flatware are all provided.
Being pet-friendly, we also offer an eighth of an acre fenced in back yard plus 6' by 12' enclosed dog kennel--we are the only guest accommodation in Leavenworth that takes pets!
Our accommodations are designed for short term rental; however, on an exception basis, we also have rented our units medium to long term. Daily, weekly and weekend rates are available. Hosts Bill and Jacki Eggering look forward to your visit.
